A live AI copilot that helps people during phone calls — private client work.
Alongside game development, I design and build production AI systems. My current work is a system that follows a phone call as it happens and assists the caller in real time. NOT an AI the client talks to - everybody hates that. An AI supporting an employee with the conversation.
The product itself is under wraps - what I can share is the engineering behind it: live audio pipelines, streaming transcription, low-latency LLM responses & serving of data and composing offers, with an interface that keeps up with a human conversation.
